Din 2448 Pipe Manufacturing Process
The manufacturing process of DIN 2448 seamless pipe includes the following steps:
Raw material preparation: Select steel ingots or billets that meet the standards.
Heating: Heat the billet to a suitable temperature.
Piercing: Use a piercing machine to make the billet into a hollow rough tube.
Rolling: The rough tube is rolled to the required size and wall thickness through hot rolling and cold rolling processes.
