A519 Gr4130 Seamless Tubing
The manufacturing process of ASTM A519 4130 pipe includes the following steps:
Raw material preparation: Select 4130 alloy steel billet that meets the standard.
Heating: Heat the billet to a suitable temperature.
Piercing: Use a piercing machine to make the billet into a hollow rough tube.
Hot rolling or cold drawing: The rough tube is processed to the required size and wall thickness through hot rolling or cold drawing.
Heat treatment: Normalizing, quenching and tempering are usually performed to optimize the structure and properties of the material.
Inspection: Chemical composition analysis, mechanical property testing, dimensional tolerance inspection and non-destructive testing are performed on the pipe to ensure that the product meets the standard requirements.
